Founded in 1956, Cor Jesu Academy is an all-girls Catholic high school whose Chargers soccer program has enjoyed success across multiple eras. Cor Jesu claimed their first state championship in 1985—the year after MSHSAA introduced girls soccer as a state tournament sport—and added a second title in 2012. More recently, under head coach Rachel Brcic, the Chargers have hit another gear, winning back-to-back state championships in 2024 and 2025. Cor Jesu competes in the Girls Independent Schools League (GISL) alongside rivals St. Joseph's Academy, Incarnate Word, Nerinx Hall, and Visitation. Located in Affton in south St. Louis County, the Chargers play their home matches on campus.
